Which capital increase projects can be supported by Qonto ?

We will be able to assist your project to the satisfaction of the following conditions :

  • The company concerned by the capital increase has a Qonto account and is realizing a cash capital increase* with full payment of the shares.

  • The total number of participants to the operation does not exceed 30 subscribers.

  • The total amount of the capital increase (including share premium) does not exceed 5 millions euros.

  • Each contribution must be in accordance with the sources of funds accepted by Qonto.

    *Capital increases by incorporation of reserves (use of the company's own funds), by offsetting debts (contribution of a debt in exchange for shares) or by contribution in kind (contribution of a property in exchange for shares) are not supported.
