You can request a refund of a SEPA Core Direct Debit within 8 weeks without giving any particular justification. For all unauthorized transactions, you have 13 months to dispute it.
However, you can’t dispute a SEPA B2B Direct Debit as indicated on the mandate.
How does it work?
You can request a refund of a SEPA Core Direct Debit directly from your application within 8 weeks once the direct debit has been processed.
- From your Web app go to your History to select the debit
- Click on Request a refund in the transaction detail modal.
You’ll be refunded within 24 hours.
