Custom labels allow you to categorize your transactions and better understand your finances. You can create your own labels and assign them to your transactions. The labels related to transactions will appear in your export file to facilitate your finance management.

How to configure your list of labels?

To create and modify your list of labels:

  • Click on the name of your organization in the main menu.
  • Click on Settings.
  • In the Organization Settings, click on the Custom Labels tab.

From there, you will be able to name and define up to 3 lists, as well as an infinite number of labels per list.

How to add labels to your transactions?

In your History, select a transaction to display further details. Head to the Custom labels section to fill the labels.

You can add labels both from your mobile or desktop Qonto app.

How to add labels to your suppliers?

To save time when adding a custom label, you can now add custom labels directly to your supplier, in addition to transactions.
