Custom labels allow you to categorize your transactions and better understand your finances. You can create your own labels and assign them to your transactions. The labels related to transactions will appear in your dashboard and in your export file to facilitate your finance management.

👆 Good to know: This feature is only available to our Smart, Premium, Essential, Business and Enterprise customers.

How to configure your list of labels?

On your web interface, to create and modify or delete your list of labels, go to the Cash flow management section, then click on Custom labels.

The addition of a customized label is proposed when creating a transfer or adding a new beneficiary. You can add or modify this information at any time from the Suppliers section.

From there, you will be able to name and define up to 10 lists, as well as an infinite number of labels per list.

For example, you could create a label category called "Transport" and then create the labels "Train", "Plane" and "Taxi". Another example of a label category could be "Online Marketing" and include the labels "Facebook Ads" or "Linkedin Ads".

How to add labels to your transactions?

To add a custom label manually to a transaction, go to the History tab of your interface.

Simply click on a transaction to view more details and then, in the Custom Labels section, select a previously defined label.

You can add labels both from your mobile or desktop Qonto app.
