How much is my subscription going to cost me?

At Qonto, we strive to make our prices as clear and transparent as possible.

If you want to know more about your fees, you've come to the right place!

We offers 2 billing schedules :

  • A monthly billing, allowing you to pay your fees each month, with no commitment

  • An annual billing, where you pay for one whole year upfront, with a 12 months commitment. This billing saves you up to 2 months discount compared to the monthly billing.

  • For your monthly subscription : Qonto offers you 30 days free trial and no commitment

  • For your annual subscription : Qonto offers you also 30 days free trial before charging you for your annual fees.

What are the additional fees?

At Qonto's, there is no transaction fee in addition to the cost of the subscription.

Off-subscription fees are linked to an off-subscription operation such as physical and virtual cards, SEPA or SWIFT transfers, check deposit, members for instance.

✌️ Good to know: From now on, special operations are included in your monthly plan!

By special operations, we mean:

  • Confirmation letter

  • Non-Sufficient Funds or rejected check

  • Irregularity management

  • SEPA Creditor Identifier creation

  • Return of funds due to an anomaly related to a transfer in foreign currency

You can have complementary information on all Qonto fees from your history view, by clicking on the transaction line.

Moreover, if you wish to see the details of your charges during the current month, you can go to Settings & Tools > Account settings > Price plan details.
