Go to Qonto

Notion is a productivity and collaboration tool. It allows you to take notes, store data and documents, and automate tasks.

What can you use the integration between Qonto and Notion for?

By connecting Qonto to Notion through Connect, you can retrieve all your Qonto transaction information directly in Notion. This way, you can easily analyze your transactions, or share these elements with your teammates.

This integration generates a database with all the information on your Qonto transactions (date, amount of the transaction, VAT amount and category).

☝️ Good to know: Labels and information about the member who initiated the transactions are also available.

To help you start, here are a few ideas: enrich your database with some additional elements, set some calculations to simplify your work (such as the VAT calculation) or create your own alerts to track some of your transactions.

☝️ Good to know: You will not be able to retrieve attachments or pending transactions in Notion.

How to set up the integration?

From your computer, open your Qonto app and visit the Connect section. Open the Notion card.

  • Use your Notion credentials to connect Notion with your Qonto account

  • Select the Notion page where Qonto will build your database using your transactions

Once the 'Qonto Transactions' database is created in Notion, all your transactions are synchronized every hour.

☝️Good to know: if you disconnected and reconnected the integration, you may not have access to your transactions. To fix this, you have 2 options:

Option 1:

  • Disconnect the Notion integration.

  • From your Qonto dashboard, go to Connect, and set up a new Notion authentication connected to a new Notion page

Option 2:

If you wish to keep the same Notion page, we invite you to:

  1. Duplicate the current page where you want the transactions to appear.

  2. Delete the old page.

  3. Disconnect the integration.

  4. Reconnect with a new Notion authentication from Connect and give access to the newly generated page by checking the corresponding checkbox.

  5. This is it 🎉
