Qonto’s billing is based on a monthly calendar period and invoices are generated on the first day of every month. “Invoices only display the subscription fee and any additional fees that was well completed for that month.
Per default, the account Owners and the Admins will receive the previous month’s invoice by email. If needed, the notification can be disabled by going to Settings & Team > Notifications.
For a better visibility, you can retrieve your Qonto invoices at any time from our web interface.
To do so, you have two options:
From the Invoice section
Go to the Settings & Team section of your Qonto’s web interface.
Then go to Subscription & Billing.
Click on the Invoices section.
Select the invoices that you want to download. 🎉
✌️Good to know: You can select and download as many invoices as necessary in bulk. A compressed file (.zip) will be automatically sent to your email address, containing all selected invoices in PDF. This email can be forwarded to your accountant or any person of your choice.
From the History section
Click on the transaction of your choice in the History section.
Then click on Invoice.
You will find your invoice attached. 🎉
