How does the integration work?
When you have new transactions in Qonto, they are automatically sent to your Google Sheets spreadsheet.
No more manual export: your transactions are synchronized with Google Sheets every day between 9PM and 5AM
No reformatting required and no error risk: the tab synchronizing your transactions is protected from accidental editing
Secure file sharing: provide flexible access to your spreadsheet according to your needs
How to set up the integration?
Simply click Connect at the top right of this page and follow these simple steps:
Select the Google account you wish to use to sync your transactions
Once logged in, authorise Qonto to sync your data in Google Sheets by clicking Continue
Select the date from which you would like to begin syncing your transactions; you may select an earlier date or today’s date
Click Finish... and you’re done 🎉
Your integration is now ready! A Qonto Connect spreadsheet will be created in your root folder, with a tab synchronizing your transactions. You can also access this spreadsheet from “Useful links” in the top right of your screen.
☝️ Keep in mind: The transactions already associated with your Qonto account will be synchronized immediately once the integration has been configured; any new transaction on your account will appear the next day by 5AM.
Who can use the integration?
All account holders, admins and accountants may set up this integration with Google Sheets. All you need is a Qonto and Google account.
What happens if I edit the tab containing the transactions?
Editing the tab Sync. Transactions - Do not edit
will break the connection. If you want to modify some of your transaction information, you should create another tab in the spreadsheet and link it to the protected tab.
