With receipts and invoices automatically exported into Cegid Loop, closing your clients’ books has never been faster.
What does the Cegid Loop integration do?
Receipts, paid and unpaid invoices will be automatically exported from Qonto to Cegid Loop once a day at 8PM UTC:
Your client’s Qonto account will be scanned daily for new receipts, supplier invoices or invoices.
Attachments will automatically land in the Robot Comptable document deposit section of your Cegid Loop account.
Cegid Loop will pre-fill your customer’s accounting journals with the appropriate information.
💡 Only files in JPEG, PNG and PDF format will be exported to Cegid Loop.
Who can use the integration?
All account holders, admins, and reporting roles may begin the integration set up process with Cegid Loop. However, only certified public accountants will have the necessary information (Cegid Loop API key, API secret) to complete the installation of the integration.

How do I set up the integration?
To set up the Cegid Loop integration, you need to log in to your customer’s Qonto account. If you currently don’t have access to your customer’s account, click here to learn how to get access.
From the Qonto web app, click on Settings, Integrations and on the Connect section. Use the search bar to find the integration, and click on Cegid Loop. Then, click Connect in the top right of the page and follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Find your API Key and API secret in CegidLife
If you don’t have it, then follow these steps:
Log in to CegidLife as an Admin
Click on your profile (icon on the top right corner)
In the right menu, select
Clé API
Click on the
🔑 Générer une clé API
Select “Loop APIKey Standard” as a service and name your new key “Qonto” for example.
🔐 The API key and the Secret key are displayed. Be cautious to save this information because it’s not possible to visualize it a second time.
Step 2: Install the Qonto app in Loop Hub
From Loop Hub, click on the ➕ icon
Fill out the fields as follow:
Type:
Partenaire
Application:
Qonto
API Key:
[L’API key fetched previously]
Select all the clients’ files or only the relevant folders where you need the Qonto app (your Qonto clients)
Step 4: Create a new authentication by naming it: “[Client name] x Qonto” for example, and provide the information previously gathered from Cegid Loop: API key, API secret.
Step 5: Select the Cegid Loop client file you want to synchronize with this Qonto account
If you don’t find the relevant Qonto client it’s either because you haven’t added the Qonto app to this client file or you haven’t entered the right API key in the previous step.
Finally, click on Create and select Finish to complete the setup.
Your integration is now ready! A file will be automatically sent in your Cegid Loop account to let you know that the integration is working. This may take a few minutes to load.
What if I don’t see any Qonto file in Cegid Loop?
If your client has uploaded a file but it didn't appear after 24 hours, you will need to set up the integration again. From the Qonto web app, click on Settings, then Integrations, and finally the Connect section. Use the search bar to find the integration, and click on Cegid Loop. From there, click on Disconnect at the top right of the page, and click again on Connect.
What happens if I delete a file in Qonto or in Cegid Loop?
All new attachments on Qonto will be synchronized with Cegid Loop at 8PM UTC. After this synchronization, deleting attachments on Qonto won’t impact those already synchronized with Cegid Loop.
