The company will be hosted via a headquarters hosting agency 🏨:

  • A contract or a certificate from the hosting agency, signed by both parties, and less than 3 months old.

The company will be hosted in a business incubator, a coworking space, school or public institution (town hall, state community) 🏢:

  • A hosting certificate issued and signed by this organization (or its representative) and less than 3 months old.

The company will be hosted at your house or at the house of a third party 🏠:

  • A certificate signed by the tenant or owner of the address to accept hosting the company, less than 3 months old. [template available at the end of the page]

  • A personal proof of address, at the address of the future headquarters.

  • If the tenant or owner is not one of the shareholders, we also need his identity document.

The company will be hosted in a commercial premises 🏪:

If you are a tenant or owner of the commercial premises:

  • Either, a title deed, less than 3 months old.

  • Or, a commercial lease, less than 3 months old.

  • Or, proof of ownership of the premises on behalf of the company.

If the premises are made available free of charge by a third party:

  • A certificate of provision of the premises for the benefit of your company, less than 3 months old. [template available at the end of the page]

  • A valid identity document of the third party.

  • A proof of ownership of the premises on behalf of the third party.

The company will be hosted in the offices of another company 🏭:

At the head office of this other company:

  • A hosting certificate issued by the host company, signed by a corporate officer and less than 3 months old. [template available at the end of the page]

  • The identity document of the corporate officer who signed the certificate.

  • The Kbis of the host company, less than 3 months old.

At an alternative address (other than the head office of the host company):

  • A hosting certificate issued by the host company, signed by a corporate officer and less than 3 months old. [template available at the end of the page]

  • The identity document of the corporate officer who signed the certificate.

  • Proof of address on behalf of the host company for this address.
