If your transfer was declined, we recommend to follow these steps:

  • Please check if there's enough money in your balance to process this transfer
  • Make sure that you select the right operation type (single euro transfer or single non-euro transfer)
  • Make sure that the name of the beneficiary you have registered matches exactly the one indicated on the RIB
  • For regulatory reasons, we may not have been able to complete the transfer
