Whether your Qonto card is lost, stolen or even broken, you can block it directly from your account:
Go to the Cards section from your Qonto app.
Select the appropriate card and click on Report lost/stolen, at the bottom of the right-hand side.
Then, select Report as lost or Report as stolen.
Finally, enter your password to confirm the action.
☝️ Good to know: This is an irreversible action that will definitively block your cord. So check your recent transactions to make sure that there has been no fraudulent use of your account.

How can I suspend a card?
If you wish to temporarily block a payment card, please follow these steps:
Click on 'Cards'
Select the card you want to suspend
In the right-hand side tab, at the bottom, click on 'Block card'
Select 'Block this card' in the pop-window
Submit your choice.
This action only suspends your card, it doesn't permanently block it.
If you want to be able to use a card again, after you've suspended it, you need to unblock it.
In the 'Cards' section, select the payment card you want to unblock. In the right-hand side tab, at the bottom, click on 'Unblock card'.
Then you need to type in your password and select 'Unblock this card' to make the change effective.
