Your X card gives you access to our concierge service.

What is a concierge service?

Just like a personal assistant available 7 days a week, the Concierge service included in the X card allows you to request help for the tasks that you would be happy to delegate. You can ask for whatever you want! Here are a few examples of requests :

  • Home Services

"Could you come and put up curtain rods at my house?"

  • Event planning, ticketing, information, dry-cleaning.

"Could you organize my company's new year party?"

  • Reservations

"Could you make an appointment with a general practitioner in the center of Paris?"

  • Research and administrative tasks

"I'm looking for an apartment for my son and I can't get through the paperwork, could you please help me?".

  • Others

"Hello, I'm abroad and I have no Internet, could you reschedule my train booking, here are my credentials: ..."

And much more!

How to use the service?

Once your X card has been received and activated, you will be able to use the service.

Note: If you have any doubts about the process of activating your card, do not hesitate to consult this article.

To make a request :

  1. Go to the Concierge & Lounge section of your application. Using a computer? You’ll find it in the main menu. Using our mobile app? Go to the More section to access it.

  2. In the Concierge section, click on Make a request.

  3. A form will allow you to explain your needs. You will have the choice of being contacted by SMS or by e-mail. Moreover, if you wish to change your phone number, do not hesitate to consult this article.

  4. Once the request has been formulated and sent, your concierge will get back to you between 9 am and 9 pm. Then, you’ll be able to chat with them by SMS or e-mail based on what you have chosen.
