How to delete a physical card?
You have damaged your card, you want to switch to another range or you want to deactivate that of your employee? You can delete a physical card at any time. To oppose it, you have to change its status as "lost" from your interface (even if you still have this card in your possession).
To do so:
From the section ‘Business Account’, click on 'Cards'.
Select the relevant card and click on report "Lost/stolen" in the lower right corner.
Then select the Lost or stolen option.
Finally, enter your password to confirm the action.
☝️ Good to know: This action is irreversible and will definitely block your card. Check your latest transactions to ensure that no fraudulent transactions have taken place.
How to delete a virtual card?
You don't need anymore your virtual or advertising card and you want to delete it ?
It’s very easy ! This action must be performed by the Account Holder, Admin or Manager (for their team) :
From the section ‘Business Account’, click on 'Cards'
Select the virtual card you want to delete
In the bottom right corner, click on "Delete Card". Then select "Delete"
If the card is blocked, it must first be unblocked before it can be deleted.
Please note that this action is irreversible and you will not be able to reactivate this card afterward.
The Instant* card expires on the end date set initially.
Available on Business (Advanced) and Enterprise plans only.
