The holder of an account can be changed for many reasons (change of corporate officer, opening of the account by a person who had received a mandate of delegation of powers for example).

I have sold my company and I am no longer the corporate officer of the company, what should I do?

You have an Essential, Business or Enterprise plan?

First, you can invite the new corporate officer of the company to the account as an admin.

To do so, go to Team expenses and then Team members. Click on Invite a team member and let yourself be guided.

Then, we invite you to contact us by chat or mail with the following elements:

  1. The company's KBIS dated less than 3 months ago and mentioning the name of the new corporate officer of the company

  2. A selfie, having in your hand your ID document close to your face, and a blank sheet of paper with the current date handwritten

You have a Basic, Smart or Premium plan?

We invite you to contact us by chat or mail with:

  1. The company's KBIS dated less than 3 months ago and mentioning the name of the new corporate officer of the company

  2. A selfie, having in your hand your ID document close to your face, and a blank sheet of paper with the current date handwritten

  3. The email address, phone number, and the name and surname of the new corporate officer of the company

I am the new corporate officer of the company and I would like to become the account holder, what should I do?

First, we invite you to contact the old corporate officer so that you can receive an invitation to join the account.

Then, contact us by chat or email to [email protected] with the following elements:

  1. The company's KBIS dated less than 3 months ago mentioning that you are the new corporate officer

  2. A selfie, having in your hand your ID document close to your face, and a blank sheet of paper with the current date handwritten
