For legal and security reasons, it is important to always keep your personal and professional information up to date.
Connect to your Qonto interface from your computer 🖥 and go to Settings & Tools, then Account settings and to Company profile.
❗️You can't modify your information on your mobile phone.
Click the Pencil button on your personal profile to update your information as shown in the following image:

Remember to add a document justifying the modification of the information in the Submit an up-to-date proof of identity section.

🏢 Updating my business information
❗️This update is only possible for companies. In order to change the address of your association, please contact Support at [email protected] to submit a modification request.
You will need to add in the File an up-to-date registration document section a document justifying the modification of the information with a KBIS, INSEE's "Avis de situation", INPI's Document de synthèse définitive, or INPI's extrait d'immatriculation dating from less than 3 months.
You can independently upload an image for your company logo or update your billing email address if you wish.
👥 Update of company leaders and shareholders.
If you are the corporate officer and legal representative of the company but it is not indicated, please correct the information:

✅ Our teams will then check and validate the new information.
❗️Only the account holder and members with an administrator role have the possibility to modify their information. If you do not have this role, we invite you to contact us.
